Live a unique experience visiting the legendary Q’eswachaka Bridge, the last remaining hanging bridge made of plant fiber from the Inca Empire. Rebuilt every year by local communities using ancestral techniques, this symbol of unity and cultural heritage connects you to the most authentic roots of Peru.

Itinerary

Departure: 4:30 a.m. – Pick up from your hotel in Cusco. During the journey, we will make several stops to enjoy the stunning Andean scenery and visit some remarkable points of interest:

  • Combapata Viewpoint and Pomacanchi Lake: — Enjoy panoramic views and the serenity of the Andean highlands.
  • Acopia and Asnacocha Lakes: — Observe local wildlife and the natural contrasts of the altiplano.
  • Inca Bridge of Q’eswachaka: — Arrive at this impressive hanging bridge made of ichu (Andean grass). You may choose to walk across it (optional), admire the breathtaking landscape, and learn about the living tradition that has endured for more than 500 years.
  • Lunch: — Picnic or local restaurant serving traditional Andean food.
  • Return to Cusco: — Approximate arrival at 5:00 p.m.
